His professional competencies span Process development(API & formulation), analytical R&D, Quality Control Quality and Regulatory. Well worse withTtechnology transfer, contract manufacturing, and custom synthesis. He has earned ISO certification and Lead Investigator credentials and has undergone professional training in SAP, LIMS, and QBD.
DR PUNDALIK PEDNEKAR
Dr. Sharan holds an M.Sc., PhD and Post-Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Gulbarga University, IIT Kanpur and National Chemical Laboratory Pune. He has served as a Senior Research Scientist at Lianhe Chemical Technology China and R&D Director at Brother Enterprises China. Currently, he is the CEO of Zhejiang Sharan Chemical Technology China and Sharan Chemical Technology India. Dr. Sharan also serves as an International Scientific Advisor to the global firms such as Guidepoint (USA), Dialectica (UK) and Atheneum GmbH (Germany).
DR SHARANABASAPPA
Dr. Ganesh B. M. has over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical development and QC. He holds an MSc in Chemistry from Kuvempu University and a PhD from NITK-Surathkal. His career includes roles at IISc Bengaluru, Advinus Therapeutics, and Bioneeds India. He has led the setup of advanced analytical and synthetic chemistry labs for CRO business models and has extensive expertise in analytical method development, validation, and cGMP compliance. He is skilled in team management, client relations, project planning, and has driven key NCE, API, and cGMP projects.

Punit Pednekar has 3 years of experience in Business Development, having worked with companies in both the EdTech and IT services sectors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Mangalore
