Dr Pundalik Pednekar has 28 years of experience in leading pharmaceutical companies like Cipla, Biocon, Apotex,Syngene, Naari Pharma, in India and Daewoong Pharma South Korea.
Pundalik Pednekar holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry with a gold medal from Karnataka University, Dharwad.
His professional competencies span Process development(API & formulation), analytical R&D, Quality Control Quality and Regulatory. Well worse withTtechnology transfer, contract manufacturing, and custom synthesis. He has earned ISO certification and Lead Investigator credentials and has undergone professional training in SAP, LIMS, and QBD.
DR PUNDALIK PEDNEKAR
Dr. Sharan holds an M.Sc., PhD and Post-Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Gulbarga University, IIT Kanpur and National Chemical Laboratory Pune. He has served as a Senior Research Scientist at Lianhe Chemical Technology China and R&D Director at Brother Enterprises China. Currently, he is the CEO of Zhejiang Sharan Chemical Technology China and Sharan Chemical Technology India. Dr. Sharan also serves as an International Scientific Advisor to the global firms such as Guidepoint (USA), Dialectica (UK) and Atheneum GmbH (Germany).
DR SHARANABASAPPA
Mr Prasanna V. Bhat is a seasoned Synthetic Organic Chemist with over 27 years of experience in API and intermediate process development, scale-up, and technology transfer. He brings deep expertise in route scouting, cost-effective process optimization, CRAMS/CRO projects, and regulated market deliveries. With strong leadership experience across global pharma organizations, he has successfully driven complex molecules from lab to commercial scale. His work consistently focuses on innovation, efficiency, and regulatory-compliant manufacturing excellence.
MR PRASANNA BHAT
Mr Punit Pednekar has 4 years of experience in Business Development, having worked with companies in both the EdTech and IT services sectors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Mangalore.
